about

Attorney Haim Lankari specializes in planning and construction law, real estate and urban renewal, criminal law, condominiums and administrative law, and brings with him a wealth of experience gained working with planning authorities, public bodies, corporations, entrepreneurs and private clients alike.

Adv. Lankri interned at the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office (criminal), worked in the office of Adv. Yaakov Weinroth, z"l, during his studies, and after completing his internship, worked in the office of Adv. Moshe Meroz. As part of his work, he handled and represented criminal and administrative cases - including planning and construction offenses and other criminal offenses.

Between 2013 and 2021, Adv. Lankari worked at leading law firms, where he represented clients in cases in the field of planning and construction, real estate transactions, criminal proceedings, and provided ongoing advice to large companies and government entities, including accompanying complex real estate projects in all their legal aspects.

In addition, Adv. Lankari served as an external legal advisor to the Jerusalem District Planning and Building Committee, a role that included, among other things, drafting legal opinions according to the Planning and Building Law, examining plans, and participating in the committee's discussions on its subcommittees and in petitions in which the committee was a party to the proceedings. The experience acquired from the core work of planning institutions gives Adv. Lankari a strategic advantage in examining and leading planning moves, while controlling the internal mechanisms that shape planning policy and its actual implementation.

Out of a deep commitment to quality service and making legal knowledge accessible to the general public, Adv. Lankari chose to establish a boutique firm that combines broad, high-level legal professionalism with integrity, transparency, and personal attention to each client.

Adv. Lankri's credo is personal, professional, and immediate mobilization on behalf of those who need legal relief in cases of violation of their rights by the authorities or third parties. Adv. Lankri sees the improvement of Israeli lands as a value to strive for, and his legal expertise as a true mission for the public and for the development of the State of Israel.
